The editing of the theme is really easy. I could even get free images to use in my store, which is really helpful and saved me a lot of time
What could be improved when using our platform?
Have an onboarding process to ask if this is their first time using a Shopify store. And if so, we can give a few sample questions for them to gauge how comfortable they will be with this, and guide them on a learning journey on how to set up their store.
How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?
There are a lot to think about when setting up the store, and it might be quite daunting if you don't know where to start. However, the platform is easy enough to get around, and as long as someone is willing to explore, they will likely figure out what to do.
What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?
There are tons of apps available for merchant to make their selling experience easier. We just have to point them in the right direction and everything can be a breeze.
